From Vision to Reality: Our Clients’ Lakefront Dream Home is Underway!

“We got the lakefront lot, and we are ready to build.” Those thrilling words from our clients last September kicked off an incredible journey — one that’s now turning into something truly special: their forever dream home on the lake.

Years ago, we had the privilege of remodeling their existing lake home. This time? They’re going all in. They purchased the neighboring lot, set their sights on tearing down both houses, and decided it was finally time to create the custom lakefront retreat they’ve always imagined. At Sprenger Homes, we don’t just build houses — we walk hand-in-hand with our clients through every step of the custom home-building adventure.

From the very beginning, we’ve partnered closely with the architect at Littfin Design and the talented team at Eminent Interior Design. Every idea was welcomed, every preference heard. Open ears, honest conversations, and true collaboration have been the heartbeat of this project.

The planning phase was a whirlwind of excitement: surveys, permits, and site visits. Countless revisions and brainstorming sessions. Inspiration-fueled trips to the Parade of Homes and Artisan Home Tours. Showroom visits, endless photos, late-night ideas, emails flying back and forth, and yes — even more revisions. It was detailed, it was dynamic, and it was absolutely worth every moment to get the plan just right.

And now… it’s happening.

We kicked off May with energy and purpose: demolition crews rolling in, excavators digging deep, and fresh concrete flowing. After months of thoughtful preparation, the dream is officially breaking ground. Construction is never without its challenges, but if you know Butch, you know he thrives on turning those challenges into something extraordinary.
