Butch brings over 40 years of construction and home remodeler experience to every project, ensuring a seamless experience through his expert project management. He is committed to listening to your dreams and turning them into reality, with a focus on delivering quality work in a timely manner. Supported by a team of outstanding subcontractors and Butch’s personal oversight, every project meets our highest quality standards.

Butch Sprenger, the owner of Sprenger Homes Inc., has a long and successful history in the construction industry. He previously owned and operated a thriving construction company for 20 years, which he sold in 2023. While he initially planned to retire, his passion for working with clients and providing exceptional service never waned. This led him to establish Sprenger Homes Inc. in February 2025. Butch will continue to serve our clients with reliable and exceptional service.

Butch can often be found with his grandkids at sporting events of any level. He enjoys eating out and traveling, both domestically and internationally. A few of his pastimes are gardening, biking, and playing pickleball. A favorite time of year is fall when he will be found hunting in northern Minnesota. Time spent with friends and family is always cherished during many of these activities.
